You're breaking up with me?!

I feel like the end of a very special relationship is nearing... at midnight tonight, our cable service will be discontinued.

I woke up at 7:30 to spend just a few extra minutes with my dear love this morning... in the form of 90210 re-runs. I've been sitting with a pot of coffee, a tap-dancing doggie, and tori spelling at her hair worst. husband is sleeping, and it's cool and foggy outside - perfect TV-watching conditions.

In unrelated news, I made an unpleasant discovery yesterday- my compost bins (I had to make a second one... I just have so much to compost!) have sprouted MUSHROOMS. It's like a dirty science experiment. And it smells terrible

I'm looking forward to heading to the library today to check out some books to fill my days now that they won't be filled with The Real Housewives and Top Model. I'll let you know what I chose.
